Grant Info

All funding requests should be sent, via email to theanimalleagueofbirmingham@gmail.com.  Requests must be made on the non-profit’s letterhead and include the following:

1. A brief description of the requesting organization, which must be a 501(c)(3);
2. A copy of the organization’s determination letter from the IRS;
3. A copy of said organization’s current 990 or financial report;
4. A brief description of why funding is being requested; and
5. An estimate or bill from the veterinarian (on letterhead and signed by the veterinarian).

Funding requests are considered on a monthly basis and must be submitted before the first day of the month to be considered at the next meeting.
